Just finished The Gun Seller yesterday. Is there no end to Hugh Laurie's talent?!

Was thinking about the discussion in the House forum... Indeed, if all soulmates are meant to become lovers, then Hugh would've married Stephen Fry.

And how I wish I had my own Stephen Fry...

There seem to be quite a few male friendships of this kind, in TV shows and in real life, but I couldn't seem to find a female equivalent to that. Is it just plain media bias against women? I mean, women can surely form relationships as strong, as bright and as long-lasting as that, can't we?

The Invention of Love

Thanks House and Robert Sean Leonard for introducing me to Tom Stoppard's "The Invention of Love"!

All the Greek and Latin flew right over my head but the playscript was still powerful enough to move and shake my heart.

I just wish I'd had the chance to watch RSL in it. (Sigh!)

Hmmm... Spooniness... Now I've got one more word in my vocabulary...
