Came across a great webhosting plan today. Shame I've already prepaid a year for the current one.
I'm learning to type Chinese. Making quite some progress, methinks.
Got to look for a new job quick - still I just feel too damned lazy... and tired because of the world cup.

Hi! So glad to meet another one interested in football fan fiction. I was beginning to think that girls who watch football are uninterested in slash, 'cause I'm not aware of any ML, group or things like that for football fanfics. But maybe I just haven't looked hard enough. I'm always too busy.

As I said, I'm not really that well informed. I've only come across one fic with Becks/Owen pairing:

Usually, I just go to nifty's gay celebrity section (http://www.nifty.org/nifty/gay/celebrity/) and sometimes the sexyfootballers forum (http://pub11.ezboard.com/fsexysportsmensexyfootballers), which are (I suppose) obvious gay men haunts. If you haven't visited them, give them a try.

BTW, are you interested in writing some fics yourself? Seems you're quite interested in languages, though you said you don't want to teach English. Alright, language and writing are two very different things, but I just wonder whether you'll be interested in writing football fics.

Actually.. for a lot of the girls I know who watch football, one of the main attractions is seeing all those cute guys jump on top of each other when a goal is scored, haha~!

And about writing fics.. funny you should ask. I used to write slash/yaoi fics about J-rock (Japanese musicians) before... now I'm mostly into LOTR real-person-slash (Orlando/Viggo, etc.).. I'm a bit out of practice with writing fics, but I kinda want to write a Becks/Owen fic.. *laugh*
