Thoughts about HP7

The copyright nazis are goblins!
I absolutely refused to take that Snape has done all this just because he's lovesick. And for LILY no less!
I just refuse to believe it.
I just refuse to believe that HP7 has just rendered a complex character like Snape into an uninteresting, one-dimensional being like that.
It's the worst character assasination since Lupin.
But at least we see Lupin saying he doesn't want to marry Tonks and we see how much happier he is when he's reunited with Sirius (although it's plain to see Sirius only has eyes for James). I don't think we've ever seen Lupin really liking Tonks (You may say that muscle spasm is IT - but honestly, garden variety of compassion for a friend or an acquaintance would trigger that too.)
How stupid do they want the story to be by making it ALL ABOUT LILY? And not about how good at witchcraft she is or how intelligent or how much she has contributed/achieved. Just which male persons she managed to attact! (James, Severus, Slughorn and Remus if you believe the movies)
I MUST GO WRITE FANFICS to get over it.
[Rant mode off]
One upside from this book, though, we now have an HP version of Professor X (Albus) and Magneto (Grindelwald) to write about.
Besides, James, Sirius and Remus are reunited in the afterlife.
I'm crying over how Severus is treated though. He's got a less humiliating death than Sirius but you've got to wonder, with his brillant mind and skills, how big a star he would've been but for Lily.
I can't get over how Albus just treated him like shit. How can Albus not feel that he owes Severus a lot? How can Albus not feel that Severus isn't doing all these just because of Lily? How can Albus show remorse for Harry but not for Severus?
If afterlife exists, what will Severus be doing to while away this eternity? He hasn't got any friends, and with James et al around, he won't get to see Lily. The guys on the "Light Side" all hate his guts. And I don't suppose you can pursue any ambitions there. So, what kind of an eternal inferno has Albus force Severus into?
